Registering your Retirement development's details on the main online resource
for care homes and retirement properties is easy.
We work with you to create your retirement community or village section with the
minimum amount of effort from you.
Below are listed features each retirement community or village receives on
registration:
General Features:
Your company details with full contact information including a link to your
website.
Full details and description of your retirement community with your Group logo,
a summary description of the community which will appear on the community tab
of each of your homes for sale, and information on the community facilities and
services displayed on the Care Homes Guide.
A full feature on the home page with a selection of your retirement homes, with
photos.
Invitation to take part in The Care Homes Guide book.
Your communities details, events, news, available properties and vacancies
emailed direct to participating registered users.
Online Guide Features:
Your retirement community will be featured in the retirement section of the Care
Homes Guide.
Your retirement village or community will be featured on the home page for at
least 1 week with a photograph of community or village linked to your full
details.
Your community will appear on multiple categories and on multiple search areas.
Your properties for sale will appear on multiple categories and on multiple
search areas.
You will have priority listing in the category searches.
You will be invited to be included in monthly articles which we will mention
your community and homes' awards and achievements. Also we will promote your
future developments and link to your full company details.
You will be able to advertise events including open days on our diary of events
section.
